What’s included or not included in Japan Plan Support?

After you’ve completed the pre-call questionnaire, we’ll start with the initial consultation call.

After that call, you can email me as many questions as you want for the next 2 weeks.

So Japan Plan Support is ideal for people who already have a rough itinerary, but need some help with finishing it.

I’ll answer your questions and also point you towards resources so you can plan the trip you want.

So – I will help you make your own itinerary, but I won’t create the entire thing from scratch.

Finally, at the end of the 2 weeks, we’ll have another call to review the whole itinerary to make sure you’re completely confident about your trip.

I can answer any lingering or last-minute questions, so you can focus on enjoying your amazing adventure!

What’s included or not included in Japan Plan Review?

After you’ve completed the pre-call questionnaire, you’ll send me your itinerary, along with any specific questions, notes, or ideas you want me to check.

Next, I’ll go over the plan with a fine tooth-comb and look for potential problems, or parts where simple tweaks can dramatically upgrade your trip.

I might need to confirm details or intentions at this stage, just to make sure I understand your plans.

Once I’m finished, we’ll schedule a call to discuss the whole itinerary and my suggestions to make it into a killer trip.

After the call, I’ll send you a summary of all my advice so you know what to do next.

Note: Japan Plan Review is limited to trips of 14 days and under.

How fast will I get email replies?

You can expect a reply within 24 hours, but usually much sooner than that. This is because I’m based in Japan. If you send me a question before you go to bed, you’ll may well find an answer waiting when you wake up.

When does the service start?

You decide when it starts.

Can I get support when I’m actually travelling in Japan?

No.

Can you plan my entire itinerary?

No. And even if I did, you wouldn’t be able to afford me. 😉
