ABOUT JAPAN UNRAVELLED

I’m a writer, YouTuber, and a Japan travel specialist. I’ve lived here in Japan for over 10 years. In 2017 I completed the challenge of visiting every one of the 47 prefectures making up the country. And I still have a long travel wishlist!

I created Japan Unravelled to do two things. First, I want to showcase the unbelievable yet under-promoted hidden gems across the country. Second, I want to help people travel here using my experience and borderline obsessiveness with how to get there.
